Vision, mission and values definition

Basic workshop goal is to define direction where we want to go and grow and define way how we want to achieve it so that all employees speak the same language and so that they all know what they should be focused on and what really matters.

Basic approach is in form of workshop – practical work, analysis and model adjustment, discussion, facilitation, coaching.
