Main training goal is to enable participants to raise level of communications efficiency by applying assertive approach.
Basic approach in training is active, experiential learning, interactive learning and experience exchange, practical examples learning, analysis and model adjustment, discussion, reflection and practice by applying assertive tools and techniques. Training includes a lot of practical work so that participants can use and apply discussion topics on specific cases.
